TRV is a single-family residence, located in the Terra Ville condominium, south of Porto Alegre city. The house involves a luxurious program for a photographer and fashion producer. For this reason, a great amount of freedom and daring proposals enabled a fantastic “playful” project panorama.

The project proposes an isolated building construction facing views towards the artificial lake at the bottom of the terrain. The strategy was simple: to build with minimal elements.

The slope which contains the atelier and guest bedroom generates a separation between the public and the private domain. The elevated volume contains the intimate area of the house (a suite and two smaller rooms for the children), and beneath it, a social area is generated. The latter is defined by a transparent glass, which emphasizes the continuity of the plot, from the front to the back.

Exterior and interior spaces confuse and alter the perception of the user. The pool dialogues with the natural water of the lake. The ground floor connects with the upper floor through the light courtyard crossing the bedroom and upper volumes.

The light, the lines and the good distribution of the spaces are the protagonists of this project.
